You did not indicate if you have a geographic preference. There are a couple of great sites that lists employment opportunities. Be prepared with an updated copy of your resume. The size of a spa will determine where your best opportunities lie and whether you would qualify for Spa Director, Assistant Spa Director or Spa Manager.
